About a month ago, my roommate, Katie, and I went out for visit together on a Thursday night. I used to always go on visit Thursdays, but the ward stopped doing it as an organized thing. For awhile afterwards I would just go out on my own Thursdays if I couldn't find a companion, which was most common. However, once the days got short, I didn't feel like it was a good idea to go to strangers houses by myself in the dark. So mostly, I wasn't going out on Thursdays. This particular week, however, Katie suggested we go, so I jumped at the opportunity.
